Illinois State Assistant Professor Jason Cieslik co-authored an article with Elgin Community College Associate Professor Laura Haske titled “Getting Strategic About ABA-Approved Paralegal Program Marketing” that was published in October in the Journal of Paralegal Education and Practice.

Seminole State College to Offer Paralegal Degree
An Associate in Applied Science in Paralegal degree program will be established by Seminole State College (Oklahoma City) to prepare students for employment as skilled legal assistants by providing practical training in legal research, writing and procedures. The program is designed to address a growing demand for qualified legal support professionals in rural and urban areas of the region. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education approved SSC’s request on October 23rd. Read more here.
