Cindy Lopez has been in the legal profession for 13 years. In 2000 she realized the need for paralegals to network. She utilized the internet to connect fellow paralegals through the creation of www.NJParalegal.com a website for New Jersey paralegals to find jobs, news and resources. Along with managing NJParalegal.com, she is Publisher and Editor of its Newsletter, Paralegal Press. She has also been a contributing writer for Legal Assistant Today Magazine, the Legal Decree, The Insider and other national and local paralegal association publications.
Mrs. Lopez has served as instructor at the Stuart School of Business and at Ocean County College. She has been appointed to serve on the Brookdale Community College Board of Directors Paralegal Studies Department. She is a voice in the legal community and has been featured as a resource on paralegal issues by the Asbury Park Press Newspaper, NJ Law Journal, NJ Works TV and Legal Assistant Today Magazine. She holds speaking engagements throughout New Jersey discussing options for paralegal careers and the paralegal job market in New Jersey. She is also employed as a matrimonial and estates paralegal for a sole practitioner in Toms River, New Jersey.
